PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION IF YOU HAVE KAISER OR AN HMO PLAN, AS WE DO NOT ACCEPT THESE POLICIES. FOR BLUE SHIELD PPO, WE ONLY TAKE FEDERAL PLANS, SO IF YOU ARE NOT A GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR BLUE SHIELD INFORMATION. If you have a Worker’s Comp and Car Accident case, please call us to discuss if we can take your case.
We are in-network with TriWest/Veteran’s Choice but an out-of-network provider for all other plans. Please note that Kaiser and HMO plans will not cover our services. If you do not have insurance coverage for our treatments, Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA / FSA) can be used instead to pay for our sessions (do not require verification, as acupuncture is fully approved).
